This was definitely one of the most stressful days of flying have encountered yet. Some footage we were unable to capture would've shown Jacob and I getting stuck in IMC as a private pilot with less than 100 hours at the time, I was scared to death. Thankfully great training and a calm head helped me get turned around and divert to Punta Gorda. This video shows our flight back home after we decided to skip Tampa and head back to Auburn. Hope y'all enjoy!
This is solo flight during PPL flight training with Cessna 172 NAVIII G-1000 glass cockpit from Winter Haven, FL to Ocala International, FL. Non-controlled airport's CTAF, flight plan opening, and ATC tower communications are recorded. Enjoy the flight over Florida beautiful landscapes!

http://m0a.com It's never a dull day when filming videos for you guys! What was meant to be an easy arrival at a Class Delta airport turned out to be a zoo! Listen in as I navigate back to the Ocala airport on a busy day.
We departed in Daytona Beach (KDAB) and flew to Linden Airport (KLDJ). On our way we stopped at First FLight Airport (KFFA), where the first motorized flight of an aircraft took place. Said hello to the wright brothers and continued to NYC! Before we went home again in just 1 day (8 hrs+ flying time), we made it through the hudson river SVFR exclusion which offers a unique view over manhattan! Hope you like the Videos we took with our GoPros! Thanks to the crew starring Robert & Mirko! That was an awesome travel!

This was an excellent reception for me in Raleigh, North Carolina with just a 15 degree pass. My pass started about one minute before Miami's pass started and ended about two minutes before Miami's pass ended. I picked up Tim Peake establishing the contact full quieting (no noise) with a signal strength of S7 to S9 on the S-meter (where 9 is the highest) and held that quality and signal strength through the answer to question 15. I heard nothing after that but my pass was about over by then. The school reported they got through question 16 but couldn't get more due to buildings blocking the signal, so I got all but one of the answers on a relatively low height/elevation pass of only 15 degrees. Not bad. My satellite setup: http://imgur.com/a/Ez7dL This is my reception of the Internationa...
Cessna Citation Mustang CE510 takeoff in light rain and an instrument landing. This is a very short IFR repositioning flight from the St. Louis Cahokia Downtown airport (KCPS) to the Spirit of St. Louis airport (KSUS). It's a very short eight minute flight between the two airports. Single pilot and in instrument conditions this can be a very busy flight. A couple of minutes after level off we pass to the south of Lambert (KSTL) and ATC directs a right turn to intercept the localizer for the ILS 26L approach. After the appraoch controller hands us off to spirit tower we are cleared to land. Our landing clearance is revoked when the controller directs us to continue. She does this so she can launch another aircraft before we land. After the departing aircraft is rolling down the runway we ar...

There are some of the comms I copied in a very short period of time from my listening shack near Daytona Beach FL. The USS George HW Bush is about 100 miles off our coast at this time. For those who seem to think that military comms are all encrypted, we hear stuff like this every day....
